This is another drawing I did while at work. I spent a lot more time on this one then the chibi drawings. I originally had just drawn the mermaid in and was going to leave it like that but then I thought putting her on a rock would look neat...and then I started drawing more rocks...and then some more...and then I thought some waves and water would look nice...and before I knew it, I had done a full-fledged piece. lol!
 I had a record number of people at work see this drawing and I got many offers to buy it from me. One guy wants me to re-draw the mermaid for him but do it in color. Oiy, don't know about that one. Medium: Regular #2 pencil but I did bring into work a HB graphite pencil to do the background quicker. All done on a piece of paper I found laying around.^_^ |
